3 Ninja Quick *healthy* Meals


I am so lazy when it comes to cooking, but I love good food...


My answer to this dilemma is the endless pursuit of quick healthy delicious meals with minimal effort required!


Who's with me?



Brilliant, so here's my 3 super quick, super tasty meals that I eat every other day:


1. Grilled Salmon, Sweet Potato + Veggies

Okay so, small fibb with this one (you'll need to pre-book the sweet potato at the start of the week) - but once those babies are roasted you've got a week supply 🤌 Use chopped mixed veg/stir fry for the easiest boost of veggies - this takes around 15 minutes!


2. Scrambled Eggs, Mediterranean Veg + Sourdough

This brunch can be transformed into a meal by adding a healthy serving of Mediterranean Veg (use frozen + cook in a pan) - super yummy + takes 10 minutes!


3. Spicy Chickpeas, Rice + Avocado

One for my ve-gang ✌️ Use a jar/carton/tin of chickpeas, fry up with spicy seasoning. Use packet rice if you're short on time (be careful of added Vegetable oils) + top with Avo!
