I see you...feeling guilty about enjoying yourself over Christmas...feel like you've lost all your progress...well stop!
The Christmas period won't have done anything to your progress or gains...unless you've been celebrating since September when the mince pies hit the shelves.
Here's how to start your New Year positively....
1. Write your goals for the year down:
• Short term (6-8 weeks)
• Mid term (8-12 weeks)
• Long term (12 weeks+)
Sort them into Habit goals, Fitness Goals + Life goals...For example (Drink more water, 100kg deadlift, More new experiences).
2. Sort yourself a 6 week workout plan to get January out the way + back into routine (click here for more info).
3. Don't go HAM because of Christmas guilt...if you start eating only Spinach + pistachios because you feel you overindulged, you'll last 4 hours + be back on the Christmas choccy by dinner! Be sensible beautiful people.
I've said it many times - you have to come from a positive place if you want to cultivate real change.
