At this point, I'm a connoisseur of activewear - I've tried SO many brands, styles etc + let's just say, I've wasted a lot of time + money so you don't have to.
For me, anything I wear in the gym has to be 3 things:
• Comfy
• Beautiful
• Totally Squat Proof
Simple right? Apparently not 🚫
You could say I'm picky, but I don't like to debut whatever undies I'm wearing when I'm lifting!
I don't like being uncomfortable, constantly tugging + pulling stuff up or down 👎
And I like to look 0% binman when I'm training!
Aside from all that, I like to vote with my money + support small, eco businesses where I can!
So here's my top 3 small business activewear brands that I LOVE...
1. Issey Activewear
When I say buttery, I want you to think of the fluffiest pastry you've ever laid eyes on...now times that by 10 + you have the entire Issey Activewear range!!
From the smooth, pastel colours to the best cut bra I've ever owned, Issey sources her eco-friendly materials from Bali + uses bio-degradable bags + labels! Winner
If you want to support a female led business trying to do their bit for conscious clothing head to

2. Avo Activewear
Designed specifically for the shorter lady, Avo finally has the right length leggings for any of you beauties under 5'3!
While I actually wear my pieces more out of the gym (they're that kind of gym wear) - there's so much choice with cut + colour, you'll be spoilt for choice.

3. Halo
If you've seen any of my lifting videos you've seen my Halo shorts! I get SO many questions about my leopard shorts (of which I have 2 pairs in different colours)...
Warning, you will spend 40 minutes on the website trying to choose your favourite set!
100% squat proof + some of the best quality fabric I've come across this kit does not disappoint.
