Afternoon sessions:

You can burn off stress after work.
You might have more energy than the morning.
It's easier to take a gym buddy!
Cons:
You may be more tired from work.
It might be busier at the gym.
You need to fuel wisely between lunch and dinner.
Sunny summer evenings can be hard to miss for the gym.
