Hoka running trainers for some reason
Obligatory booty band
Post-workout Shake
Towel
I understand, you want to be prepared...but most of it is bullsh*t & you're keeping yourself from actually starting.
What you DO need:
Comfy clothes
Flat shoes (minimal cushioning unless you're running)
Water
Towel if you plan on sweating!
A positive mindset
What you DON'T need:
Activewear thats £100 for some leggings
Fancy powders & shakes
Accessories for the gym, they have all the equipment you need
The only thing that you really need to start your journey, is the mindset. You need to want to do it. It's so easy to put so many things in the way of actually doing the thing.
