What you don't need for the gym...

You've probably got a massive long list of things you need before you can finally start your fitness journey...


  • Elite level activewear

  • Pre-workout

  • Giant 2.5L water bottle

  • Oversized gym bag full of godknows what

  • Hoka running trainers for some reason

  • Obligatory booty band

  • Post-workout Shake

  • Towel





I understand, you want to be prepared...but most of it is bullsh*t & you're keeping yourself from actually starting.


What you DO need:

  • Comfy clothes

  • Flat shoes (minimal cushioning unless you're running)

  • Water

  • Towel if you plan on sweating!

  • A positive mindset


What you DON'T need:

  • Activewear thats £100 for some leggings

  • Fancy powders & shakes

  • Accessories for the gym, they have all the equipment you need


The only thing that you really need to start your journey, is the mindset. You need to want to do it. It's so easy to put so many things in the way of actually doing the thing.
